It was very difficult to find a kind of rustic, farmhouse-looking table that wasn’t too beat up looking or too expensive. I searched Amazon, Overstock, Living Spaces, Ashley, and everything in between. Finally, I definitely got what I wanted – an antique so very true to the photo. It took a long time to ship, but when it did, I was very pleased with how fast it arrived and I received it a day ahead of schedule. The seller was extremely responsive and provided me with a ship date so I did not have to worry. A truly nice dining set that I believe will last many years for a reasonable price, one of the best purchases that I’ve made on Amazon.
Buying furniture online was a bit scary for me since I couldn’t physically see and touch it. But I’m glad I took the risk. I like this heavy, well-made table so far, and it looks good and is easy to clean. Here are some details of this wonder-full dining room table:

The rich cottage beauty of the “Owingsville” dining collection uses a rich medium brown finish on chair seats and table tops contrasting the painted black color of the table base resulting in a charming two-toned cottage style sure to make anyone’s dining space more inviting.
Due to its sturdy construction and lack of rocking, I did not need to adjust the table for leveling. Two chairs can easily fit on one side of the bench, and three children can sit on the other side. There are definitely six or more seats even though it isn’t huge.
The server for the price is great, so I recommend getting the full set. The top drawer makes it easy to store silverware and barware. The bottom shelf serves as a coffee bar or a wine rack.
Let me be honest, it is not high-end or heirloom quality furniture but it is nice looking and very strong. The price is very affordable and competitive as compared to other suppliers. Buying just the table is a great value. The tabletop exceeded my expectations. Our overall impression of this table is very positive.
Putting it together was easy and the quality is good. An Allen wrench was provided to screw into the legs. If you flip the table over, be careful not to damage the legs.
My dining room chairs were also very affordable since most dining room chairs cost at least $100 each. As a result of the separate purchases on Amazon, we also got chairs with a bench and saved on the deal a lot where we would have paid about $150 more to Ashley directly.
This is the perfect size for the machines also, sturdy enough to keep the machine running smoothly at top speed. I will be using it most of the time as a sewing and crafting table. This table is also great for playing cards, having dinner, or chatting with your in-laws while they tell you all about how you failed in life. Ha-ha.
Finally, an elegant, stable, and beautifully crafted piece of furniture that can be used for many purposes. The finish is nice, and I absolutely love how it looks.
